First Tattoo

As I'm sitting here enjoying this beautiful morning whilst I drink my coffee I find myself reflecting on a conversation my sister and I had in the car the other day. We were talking about tattoos and what she would like to get and the meaning behind the ones she plans on getting. I told her that I would go with her because I'd like to get another and it would be her first one at the age of thirty four. Then she started saying how she couldn't believe that I had one. She thought that no matter how much I wanted one real bad that I would never get one, well I guess that saying is true that you never say never because here I am on the year that I will turn forty with my first tattoo. The reason this is a big thing is because all through the past forty years I've been deathly afraid of needles, it's one of my biggest phobias. Oh don't get me wrong because getting my tattoo hasn't changed that I'm not afraid of needles anymore, I'm still scared to death of them but during the process of getting my first tattoo it didn't hurt at all besides a little tingle here and a little tingle there. I just couldn't believe I waited so long to get one. Sure my first one is of something that tons of other people have, so what because for me it will always remind me of a special place and time in my life. Time I spent in New York with special friends and meeting new ones also. Seeing my favorite band play for three nights was the best ever and also getting a chance to meet with them was fanfvckingtastic, even though I wish I wasn't so nervous that I feel I was such a cornball but oh well...lol! The band I'm talking about is HIM from Finland. I love those five amazing and talented men so much. For me their music is the best thing to come along since sliced bread. I listen to them everyday. The lyrics are so beautifully moving that my mere words on how they make me feel could never do but I could try.
They touch my heart and they've found places so deep and so dark that now there is light shining and illuminating my world making it a much more beautiful world to be in! The fire that ignites the passion within my heart and soul, a feeling that I never want to let go, ever! The music, lyrics and the beautiful person who wrote them are my happiness. I could never express enough with words to thank them on just how much they have touched me and changed my life, I love them so much, they just rock my fvcking world. So I show it by getting the best symbol of the most amazing band in this whole entire universe and beyond! I wear a Heartagram proudly on my hand with much love and admiration for all the world to see!
