Patrick's Senior Picture

My sister asked me if I would do her a favor and take Patrick's senior picture so he can have a picture to put in the yearbook. This is one that he chose for the yearbook. I can't believe he is a senior and going to graduate already. So very proud of him my handsome, smart, funny and talented nephew.

This picture I took of my nephew with my phone the night of niece Mikayla's birthday dinner party. It is not of good quality but decided to edit it a little bit and this is the best that I could do. I know the coloring in his face isn't that right but had a hard time with trying to fix it on the way his head was facing plus I do not have the best editing programs in my laptop. The other editing programs that I usually use are in my desktop and I can't get into it right now. Oh well I liked the picture and wanted to fix it up a little better.

Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful, sweet and smart niece Mikayla. I can't believe she is a teenager already. She had a great birthday. We had a nice dinner at my sister's house. She made homemade minestrone soup with salad and garlic bread and I made the birthday cake. It is the choice of each of the kids what they want for their birthday dinner and Mikayla loves soup and salad. I'm still not feeling well and at this moment very dizzy and tired but I couldn't miss my niece's birthday! I wish her all the best today and everyday! Love her so much! xoxo

Hello October....

...and hello to the Flu! I woke up this morning with it. I felt something coming on for a couple of days. Hoping this Flu doesn't stick around too long. Been hitting the Vitamin C in full force and having hot tea and hot vegetable broth with garlic and cayenne pepper. Trying to rest but doesn't seem that I want to sleep too much. Maybe I should take a couple shots of whiskey to help knock me out...lol! Oh well anyways it sure was a pretty sunrise this morning after a rainy weekend.
